Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel room was large with a double bed and a single, inclusive of a large TV and kettle. It was clean, warm, dry, and in great condition, unlike our previous stay elsewhere. The rooms were very clean and comfortable for myself, my husband, and our granddaughter. The hotel is conveniently located not far from the town center with shops and restaurants nearby. Excellent car park facilities make it a great choice for wheelchair-bound or those with mobility issues.
The hotel was lovely and clean, really quiet, with fabulous staff. Great location near the train station and town. Rooms were ok but initially quite cold until heated up. Would definitely stay again.
The hotel offers lovely and spacious rooms with no disturbance from inside or outside, except for the sound of rain, making for a peaceful stay. The rooms are in great condition, unlike our previous experience, which adds to the overall comfort. The location is excellent with easy access to various nearby places, and the experience with dining was good, meeting the expectations of a premier inn. However, the dining options were limited, and the connection to bus services for local travel was convenient.
The hotel had very clean rooms with a comfy bed, though they were not fully cleaned daily. We enjoyed a nice view of the floodlights of Wrexham FC ground. The service was excellent, and the location was perfect for our needs. The dining experience was delicious with a good variety of options available.
The hotel had spacious rooms for 2 adults, larger than similar-priced competitors, with a double bed and a single, large TV, and kettle. However, the toilet system was not the best, and the disabled rooms had cramped showers. The location was ideal for being a five-minute walk from the church and small shopping area, offering a great sleep on their excellent beds. The dining experience was substandard with warm food, likely sitting under heat lamps. The overall location was brilliant, close to the town center with various entertainment options nearby.
